Hats & Caps
We make hats and caps of all sizes and shapes for guys, gals, kids and babies. Choose from a variety of colors, styles, and types of stitch.
| The skull cap is traditionally a snug fit, bowl shape that comes down just above the eyebrows. Using different stitch styles will create a tight or loose weave, thus a very versatile pattern to work and easy to create many different hats. A short brim on the front can be added for a cadet hat look - great if you are in an emo band. The skull cap is also called a beanie or stocking cap or chemo hat. | |
| Adding cables to a skull cap or stocking cap makes it extra thick for warmth. The yarn is stitched so that it twists around creating the cable design. | |
| The fake mohawk hat lets your inner-punk out without having to commit to or regret the wild hairstyle. The skull cap is worn mid-to-low on the forehead and can be stitched in any color, likewise, the mohawk color choices are numerous and the “hair” starts at the front hairline and runs to the nape. We use a crocheted loop fringe to secure the hair and the thickness causes it to stick up. | |

This hat lets your real mohawk stick through. It is specially stitched so the sides stay up to keep your bare head warm while the slit at the top lets your mohawk hairstyle stick straight up! |
| The Neti hat has the cloche hat shape while at the same time mimicking a lunch lady hairnet. The outcome is a fashionable, large open filet stitch that keeps your hair in place on windy days. It comes down mid-forehead and covers to the nape. The web-like stitching supplies just a bit of warmth, which is nice for cool autumn days, and keeps your lovely locks of hair in place when the wind blows. | |
| The cloche hat is a snug fit cap with a bell-shape, and is worn low on the forehead. The brim flares slightly and can be straight or wavy. Commonly worn by flappers in the roaring 1920’s and also by the main character in the 2008 movie The Changeling. By using a larger stitch, the cloche hat can be made to fit loosely on the head, thus not flattening a hairdo. Cloche is the French word for bell. | |
| A crocheted cap with ear flaps provides the extra warmth you’ll need on those brisk winter days. The design is basically a thick skull cap with round or square flaps on the sides to cover down to your earlobes. The braided cords (optional) can be tied beneath your chin when you need extra bundling up. | |
| Custom hats can be designed for you; such as a cartoon or character from your favorite video game. Here's Chomp Chain from Super Mario World. | |
| Animal effects are fun for the young and young at heart. Jazz up a skull cap with bunny ears, bear ears, frog face, etc. | |
| The beret fits snugly around your forehead and the top flops down. It can be pulled down low over your ears to keep you warm. | |

The stocking cap has a simple straight shape with a pointy top. Created by lengthening the sides of a skull cap and allows you to fold up the bottom inch or so. For fun, add a pompom on top or at the end of a braided cord. |
